Used Jim based on retailer referral for a Lionshead property. Jim was a nice guy and prompt but not thorough or competent. Several joists in the basement were notched at the bottom and some cut straight through, when I look back at his report there is no mention of this however a few are caught in photos of electrical and other things he photographed. Contract said appx 2 hr inspection, he was done in an hour. Did not look in the attic nor did he try all the exterior doors. No grounded wiring in the house (not noted in the report although a $5 tester allowed me to verify this after the fact. A sliding glass door does not operate property due to rotted frame. Far too many things overlooked to believe he is at all good at his job. perhaps he has lost the drive for service. VERY SAD and disappointing
