The level of the salt in our water softener had not changed for awhile so knew there was a problem. Phoned AquaMagic and Ron came and checked it out. He quickly found salt crystals in the brine well which had stopped the float valve from working. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Left us with a good recommendation as to which kind of salt would be better to use in our softener. Definitely would recommend this guy. (AquaMagic) Ron knows his stuff and his charge for this service was very reasonable.
