We replaced all our windows and doors through Concord in 2002/3. The installation was fine but the post-install service was dreadful. One of the exterior doors was improperly installed and Greg blamed it on the manufacturer which he recommended. Getting Greg to rectify the situation went nowhere for at least a year. He then told me to deal with the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer gave me the runaround for another year and then went bankrupt. Repeated calls to Greg and Rita over the years to rectify the situation still went nowhere. So this year I went to see them in person. They told me they would get their installer on it right away. I spoke to the installer and arranged an appointment but he never showed up. I called Rita to tell her what happened and she told me to leave it with her and she would get back to me. She never did - SURPRISE!! After years of frustration I finally went elsewhere and got the situation rectified. One would think that after spending all that money that they would care about keeping their customers happy but nothing could be further from the truth. After reading some of these other reviews it is quite clear to me that if you deal with these people it is definitely BUYER BEWARE!
