Lance not only responded to our call for help but was there on time, every time. Travelling from Richmond to West Vancouver is not an easy trip. He is super polite and considerate and good at what he does. I will continue to use him for odd jobs and recommend him to others. Well organized and meticulous in his work!! Not many honest and affordable tradespeople left, but he is one of them!!
