Sam showed up with estimate and we agreed to the work with no real start date. Last fall the work commenced and took a little longer than he thought because of concrete condition etc. He honoured the original quote despite the extra work involved and it made the world of difference in the curb appeal of the house. Now he does my deck.

My Carrier high efficiency furnace broke down in Feb./15 and although it was only 5 years old after 4 attempts to fix it I gave up. I contacted Best Climate and after a quick quote and measurements was being installed in 3 days from initial contact. After suffering with 8 space heaters for 18 days it was an amazing relief, so much so that I had them replace the water heater and AC unit at the same time. With the summer of 2016 heat waves it was a brilliant decision since the super high efficiency AC unit has saved hundreds in hydro this year alone. Not only that it was the cleanest and most professional install I have ever seen. Even the inspector said that it was perfect. wow.

Sam did our neighbours driveway last fall and after I saw how well it weathered over the winter we were nearly the first for him this season. His crew was courteous and respectful and very hard working. What should have taken 9-10 days was done in 7 since they worked right up till 7:00 pm when possible and the cleanup was great.

Windows are perfect, install was great everything done on time with only a couple of minor adjustments done right away. The openers are excellent and we already feel a difference in warmth with a minus 9 November day with 50 Km. winds.

2nd time I've used these guys. E-mailed the night before got a call at 8:00 am next day same day appt. 6 hours later. Showed up early, replaced the spring and cables then lubed all 3 doors n/c and were done in 30 minutes. And the jingle is catchy too LOL.

Called 2 weeks ahead to reserve a Wed. AM and was called by them the night before to confirm which I did. Next day no show called at noon and was told oops? I blew 3 hours waiting and their response was to offer me a discount on the service I needed. Perhaps they don't understand there more repair shops than just them?
