The team at AZAP really stood out from other tradesprofessional, courteous, solution oriented, tidy, and quick. Whether working with the most senior or most junior electrician, they were committed to making everything turn out perfect. They had great ideas too! They rewired the entire basement, navigating 100 years of legacy wiring, installed 20 led pot lights, art light, sconces, low voltage trim and stair lighting, and wiring for a future EV charger. Brian and his crew were professional, quick, worked hard...and worked independently. I really felt I was in very good hands. They left the site immaculately clean including graciously removing materials another contractor left behind. I’d absolutely hire them again and recommend their services. What they did...rebuilt 2 chimneys, replaced liners, left the area spotless.

Job re:241011. Consumers Choice Home Improvements Owned by Nordik since 2017. Initially, except for a few issues requiring a follow-up, I was happy enough to refer them to 2-3 neighbours in the area.

My eaves trough were perpetually sagging. BOSS removed a large section of my eaves in order to replace the badly rotted wood roof trim beneath, and put it all back together. BOSS was excellent. They found options to control the costs for me, were extremely professional and eager to accommodate my needs. The work was well done. I’ll definitely hire them for other jobs and refer them to friends.

I have a very expensive feather filled sofa. I called TJ (Milton) to inquire about re-stuffing them so they would provide better support in the seat and back. Milton really delivered! He's very professional, friendly, and certainly knows his upholstery. He even worked with a supplier (on my behalf) to bring down the cost. There's no question I would call on him again and recommend him to friends!
