The dryer stopped working. Company responded quickly (during the Chrstmas season) and arrived when promised. Elchin, the technician, was friendly, on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you.

We were convinced by Milos at the Homeshow in Mississauga that this company would meet our needs and address any issues that arise. In spite of regular applications, we had more weeds this year than ever before. One day I sat in my car and watched them spray the lawn. They were very sloppy spraying and missed one side of the lawn totally and I approached them to make sure it got done. We purchased a grub treatment (nematoades) and had 2 applications. However, our lawn was destroyed by animals digging for grubs. No matter how many times we called, we never had a visit or a callback. No one cared at all. We were offered no follow up, no repair, no refund, not even the decency to call back even after having e-mailed them many photos. When reps were doing other people's lawns in the area, we brought them over to see our lawn. They were totally shocked and one said "if this was my lawn I'd be pissed". He took pictures of it but was never heard from again either. So, that was a total waste of money and time.

Main problems with this service. 1) The person kept forgetting to put me on the schedule and I would come home to find that no one came, leaving me in a bad spot. 2) When they did come, there were always different people and I did not like that. 3) One time, the whole house smelled like smoke and perfume for 3 days after the cleaning. I was home and the person did not smoke on site but it was on her clothes. 4)Another time, the cleaner had a "bathroom accident" leaving the house smelling horribly for many days but she did not say anything about it. She just left her soiled pants in the garbage outside. No thanks!

This was our second time using the Pretty Handy Guy. John pays attention to detail and did a great job once again. Floors look great. He is personable and trustworthy and we would recommend him.

John was easy to communicate with and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He took pride in his work and cleaned up afterwards. I was happy with the results and I would hire him again.
