Cathal and his team should be called the dream team. They showed up when expected, worked with our ideas and delivered the highest quality dream chefs kitchen you could imagine. We then hd our office redone and absolutely love spending time in this room now. Care and quality were their first priority without taking shortcuts. Highest quality materials. We could not be happier with our renovations and would highly recommend Cathal and Marca Kitchens to everyone.

While preparing to sell my home Rosalind from simply home was recommended so I agreed to meet with her. Rosalind called and made an appointment around my schedule, showed up on time and went straight to work providing insights on how she and her team would envision staging my home. All within 5 days, she arranged to have a moving truck arrive at my home to carefully wrap and pick up our personal items and had them sent away to storage. The next day, Rosalind and team arrived at my home and completely transitioned my home. I had 49 viewings from a wide diversified audience over 6 days. Simply home chose pieces that appealed to the masses. I had multiple offers on my home and felt we were able to maximize our purchase price with the staging. Purchased laminate hardwood for a wall project. It would not click together, its obviously defective. Called store they said they are not allowed to take it back. They gave the head office number 905-940-2900. Person answered like I was bothering him then when I told him I was not happy he said "I do not care" and hung up. I will now go direct to the manufacturer (Toucan) to see if they will take it back. I have actually purchased from one of their other locations in Brampton in past and was happy with the customer service but obviously that was only because everything went well. Clearly the company is not customer obsessed like the name they adopted. I will never buy from them again and encourage everyone else to buy from vendors you can trust in case something goes wrong and you need follow up customer service.
