I would whole-heartedly recommend using Ian (the artful gardener in question). He is reliable, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and provides great service. We used him to "update" our garden - taking away some plants that we no longer wanted, moving around and re-establishing others and adding new ones to the mix. He listened attentively to what we wanted and worked within our budget to figure out a plan that we would be happy with. We are pleased with how everything turned out. Ian, on his own time, came to see how all the plants were doing, did some maintenance where he thought it was needed and replaced any of the new plants that weren't thriving. He even provided a plant inventory so we could track all the plants in the garden. His prices are reasonable. We will be using going forwards as our "plant guy" to maintain our garden seasonably and help with any future gardening projects.

I would not hesitate in recommending this company. In fact, I was originally referred to Invision by another happy customer. Roy and Dov (the owners) were a pleasure to deal with - courteous, knowledgeable, reliable and professional. They had a very good selection of hardwood and composite flooring to choose from, at a variety of price ranges. In the end we chose a hardwood that was at the higher end of the scale, but there was no pressure from them to do so, and in the end we found that both the cost of the hardwood and installation was reasonable given the quality of the wood and the installation. The installation took awhile (it was on several floors and involved new and restained stairs) but they didn't complete it until we were fully satisfied. Their installers are also very courteous, professional and reliable.
