We came to the MacLeans team with a relatively clear idea and well developed plan for what we were looking for. They worked with us to clarify a number of items and to nail down scope. Terry came and had a site visit. He instantly gave us confidence as he offered up a few design suggestions and clarified a number of questions as I planned to prepare the site. We finalized the design and received a quote. It was not the first quote we had received for our concept. The MacLeans quote had higher quality drawers, extensive maple filler panel treatment, posts, a glass corner cabinet etc. for a better price so we agreed to contract with them. Barb was excellent to communicate with. We worked to ready the site and they called us the Thursday before installation week to ensure we would be ready. They arrived the following Monday on time as agreed and set to work installing the cabinets. They made great progress and we agreed to have the countertop contractor template on Tuesday afternoon. Terry, his son Travis and Dave finished up on Wednesday. Our countertop was installed on Friday and we began putting things back together. We were very pleased with the quality of the Decora cabinets and drawers. The maple millwork was perfect and the paint we selected was flawlessly applied. The soft close hardware enhanced the quality of feel. The fits and finish of the MacLean team were equally as good as they installed the ferring strip and crown above, regular and flush kick where applicable below. They made a great impression on me when I arrived back from work on the first day to find two spotless red GMC pickups and a white GMC van in my drive. They managed the worksite with the same level of cleanliness and professionalism. We had a couple of details to attend to and Terry cleaned them up the following week. Jeff and the team from Pioneer installed 26 windows and 1 custom door unit for us a few years back. We were delighted with the premium quality of the product, the installation and the price. We bid a single garden door, double garden door and garage exit door and were pleased to find Pioneer best price again. The doors were installed today, again the high quality installation they look great and we are once again delighted with Pioneer.

Our home is 23 years old, It had 22 wood casement plus 4 octagonal windows and a steel front door with sidelights and elliptical transom in need of replacement. My wife and I researched what products were out there and decided on vinyl casement windows and fiberglass entry door unit. I put a bid spec together and captured all of the key components that we decided were important to us. We narrowed the field to three companies that we felt could meet our requirements. It was important to us to have a manufacturer / installer to ensure the best warranty. Daniel was the Pioneer Windows and Doors sales representative and he came to our house in order to gather additional information to put together their bid. After meeting with Daniel and reviewing their product samples my wife and I both knew we wanted to work with Pioneer. The door offering in particular was superior to anything we had seen. Daniel worked with us on price and we began what was to be a model project. We viewed the door factory and became even more enthused about the Pioneer door product. They custom designed a wrought iron elliptical transom to go with sidelights we were able to select from a catalogue. Leon the foreman for our job came to our home and performed detailed measurements on each window as well as made a template for the elliptical transom. With details in place we scheduled an installation week. We received a confirmation call the day before Pioneer were to arrive on site informing us when to expect them within a 2 hour window. Leon and crew arrived right on schedule and began immediately. Care was taken to remove the casing from each window unit to be removed and drop sheets were used to collect splinters. Within 3 days all 26 windows and the new door unit were installed, sealed to the house with expandable foam, expertly caulked, the casing was installed & nails wood filled, construction dirt was vacuumed up and old windows and doors units were removed from site. As we have gone back and painted the extension and casing on each window, installed new window treatments in many cases - and put the rooms back in order – we have to say that we are delighted with the quality of the product and installation of Pioneer Windows and doors and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.
