WE had a design done by a very affable fellow and he was good about making some changes in the design. We paid what we were told was a refundable down payment of $1500. When we chose to go with another designer/renovator we were told our deposit was NOT refundable, that we had been mistaken. both the designer and the manager claimed that they had not said it was refundable.

Dwayne Baroron was phenomenal. I have used other companies and there is no comparison. He ia a perfectionist and those he has hired in the past could not meet his expectations, so he works alone. I live in an old house with very complicated old storms-not a problem. He also does eaves.
