I have bought a few new-build homes. My purchase with Country Glen Homes went particularly smoothly. There will always be delays, having so many trades working together on these projects, but these were minimal and I was always kept informed if there was a change in schedule. My deficiency list was much smaller than with other builders and was also dealt with speedily, expertly and with a smile. The site supervisor and customer service people were so friendly that I almost wished they would have to call me more often!

We recently had an issue with two window crank mechanisms on a kitchen window installed by Clera. The locking mechanisms were damaged due to a little too much "man-handling" over a three year period. We called Chris Larock not knowing if the misuse was going to be covered by warranty, or if the window was covered any more at all. Chris immediately sent in his best installer, Avni, and the windows were repaired no-questions-asked and for no charge. Great service on a great product!

Although I bought the door at Rona, Phantom Screens sends in their own installer to make sure the job is done to their satisfaction. The idea seems to work! Mike from OSSI, did a fabulous job of installation. He was in and out in under an hour. The product fit and finish is flawless. Colour matched perfectly to my front door frame. My only concern is that it's so invisible that I'm going to walk through it!

Clera did a great job altering a flat 2' x 6' kitchen window to a 4' x 8' bump out bay including matching my counter height which ran through the bay. Chris and Avni were excellent!
