1) Poor client service - You can call all you want, they do not return your calls. Unless you threaten to call the police or take civil action. 2) Disorganized - You ask them to do a specific thing (e.g. call the night before), but even they say they make a note on your file, they either lose your file and the note, or they clearly do not know how to dial your phone... unless you threaten them with something. 3) We were home one day, we saw the guy plant the sign in the front and the back of our house, as to say that he had fertilized the lawn. However, that's all he did!! He planted the signs and hopped in his vehicle and left. 4) We are desperately trying to get rid of them people, but they have it in their mind that we have a contract with them. We had a contract last year, but we did not sign with them this year. But guess what after multiple phone calls asking them to stay the hell off our property, they still come back and do work on our lawn UNAUTHORIZED!! Since we signed with another company, Forever Green will probably end up burning our lawn since they are adding unnecessary fertilizer. To all of you who are thinking of signing up with this group from hell - - GOOD LUCK!!
