In order to complete a waterproofing project, I needed to remove drywall and the furnace/air conditioning system. Given the home is a rental unit, and I have tenants on the lower and upper floors, we needed to complete the project quickly. Julio and his team were able to provide a quote on the same day, and completed the work quickly and professionally. He was also able to secure a master electrician on short notice to rewire and install the electrical systems (Laureano from Canada Electrical Services - who was also great I might add).

Laureano was referred to me by the framing and drywalling team who was repairing the furnace room in my basement. Laureano "saved the day" by coming on short notice on a weekend to rewire the electrical and power for the furnace and air conditioning systems. Given I had tenants in the basement and upstairs, the job needed to be completed quickly. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He even lended a hand to the drywalling team so he could install the electrical! I would recomend him without hesitation.

Pedro installed the Sonos system as well as invisible speakers in my walls. He also rewired everything flawlessly, which was not an easy task as I live in an older home built in the 1930s. He is extremely knowledgable about the newest technology, trustworthy, and followed up multiple times to ensure everything was working well.

2 years after installing the gate, I had a small repair which needed to get done. I contacted Oliver from Dufferin, and he had the repair completed within 24 hours free of charge. Awesome customer service.

Mike from Top Hat was extremely helpful in solving a problem that other service providers could not. I have two fireplaces in my home, connected by the same chimney. Each time we lit the upstairs fire, smoke would fill the basement where my other chimney is located. They relined my chimney and when that did not completely solve the problem, came back and put 50lbs of mortar in the base of my fireplace to seal cracks (free of charge 2nd visit). These guys see the job through until the problem is solved. Smart because I am a customer for life.

I hired Mike Mazza and his team to remove a wall on the first floor of my Georgian style home, install new duct work, remove and replace old crown molding, install pocket doors, install a custom designed wall unit, and paint throughout my home. Mike's father and brother did the majority of the work, and were meticulous. For example, this was a very dirty job due to all of the plaster work. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the site so there was no dust or debris. I had recently hired another contractor and Mike's professionalism and quality of work was exceptionally better.
