The grip set on our entry door was loose and jiggly so we hired John to replace it for us, as well as the lock. We had used John for another project last year and he was just as courteous and professional as I remembered. He followed all safety protocols, kept the area tidy while he worked and was in and out within an hour. Great service, would highly recommend!

Recently our main floor toilet started acting up and making loud knocking noises whenever it was flushed. We called Waterworks and Michael was able to repair the issue right away, leaving us very happy customers. We've used Waterworks for every plumbing issue that has come up over the past 10 years (leaky faucets, changing out fixtures, drainage issues and to install a Water Cop system) and we've always received kind and professional service. Michael is truly one of the best and always goes above and beyond.

We had a side gate to our backyard that was broken into at some point over the years and no longer stayed closed. Protection Plus was able to quickly provide a quote to upgrade and replace the lock on the gate to re-secure the area. The service was great and took less than an hour to remove the old lock and replace it with the new. Totally satisfied with this service. thank you!

An intake line burst in our main floor powder room several months ago, flooding our entire basement. Trying to work with insurance was painfully slow so eventually we gave up waiting and contacted Chris at Remodel Construction Co to see if they might be able to assist. We’d worked with them previously on a renovation job and were familiar with the quality of their services. Even accounting for their schedule and the short notice, Chris still managed to fit us in and FINISH the job sooner than the insurance contractor was even planning to start. Chris and his team were clean, courteous and effficient. They replaced the entire ceiling and repaired all the holes that had been cut in the drywall, primed, painted and installed a new floor. The work was well done and in 14 short days they managed to restore a normalcy to our home that we haven’t had since it flooded in March. Thanks Chris, Jay, Dexter, Tim and Marco! We’d happily use Remodel Construction Co’s services for any future renovation jobs.

I contacted Toni over Labour Day weekend and by the end of the week he had pencilled me in for a quick job. He was courteous and friendly and they did a quick and clean job installing a seamless eavestrough on our garage. The work was very well done and the price was more than fair. If I have any further needs, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again! Thanks Toni!

We contracted Remodel Construction Comapny to convert an existing finished basement room to a gym space. We wanted rubberized floor laid and needed a door built for the room, which was previously open. The scope of the job included ripping out existing carpeting, building a doorway, laying a floor and painting the new wall to match. Chris and his team where phenomenal. They were clean, courteous and extremely professional. Every day they updated me on their progress and invited me to take a look at the work. All work was impeccable, to the point that you couldn't even tell the room was previously open concept. I especially appreciate them fitting the job in on short notice and being accommodating to my schedule. We are so happy with the results of this renovation. Next time we need a renovation done, I know exactly who we will call.

During a recent thaw after a freak spring snowstorm, our skylight began to leak. MrRoofRepair.ca was able to dispatch someone to come and assess the problem quickly. Their servicepeople was quick, courteous and took the time to explain the issue and how they were correcting it. Within less than an hour the situation was resolved and I haven't had an issue since.

A previous contractor left us with a shoddy piping repair that continued to leak into our basement when the water was switched on. We called waterworks because we had been pleased with other work they'd done for us in the past and this time was no exception. Michael was kind, clean and courteous, and in less than 2 hours he replaced the shoddy cracked piping and left us with a greatly improved hose hookup. Great work at a fair price; highly recommend!

Fitz &co. came out to replace our sump. They were super friendly, quick and clean, and Fitz was the most cheerful person I've ever met. He explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions, which was great since I didn't know much about sump pumps. A+++!

My husband and I bought a demo/reno flip and even though the flippers did a decent job with paint and finishes, the colors they'd chosen weren't to our tastes. Miko from Straight Edge met me for a quote, and walked me through cost and options, was able to work around our 30 day close/2 week move in schedule and did a wonderful job. He used high quality paints as requested and offered valuable insight into what to consider repainting around the rest of the house in the future. He and his staff were kind, courteous and clean and so quiet I hardly ever knew they were there. When we get around to picking the colors for our 5 bathrooms we'll definitely have them back.
