With the number of hot, sunny days growing, combined with the cost of electricity going up, my electrical bills have been increasingly steep averaging $4000.00 a year for a two story house in Toronto. The Switch Energy proposal presented to us was by far most detailed and comprehensive of all the companies we had contacted. Also, they provide, without cost, an electricity service to Aboriginal Canadians through their Watt for Watt program. Who could say no? Our family had a professional and productive experience with with Jed Tommy, our sales person. He enthusiastically answered all our questions, educated us on all aspects of solar and consistently contacted us in a timely manner. Jed explained line by line the entire proposal and offered us specific items we requested. He encouraged our family to become involved in the environmental movement. The installation was unbelievably clean and fast. In one day Marc Reeve-Newson, installed 17 huge panels, rails and squirrel guards plus the entire electrical Sunny Boy system panel. They cleaned everything up perfectly. Now I am just waiting for my first monthly energy credit!  I give this whole experience FIVE STARS!  Andrea Ward, Toronto
