Had a great experience with this company, Dominic came within hours of my call, gave a quote and everything was scheduled on time. I had to make changes to dates and they were very accommodating and never once made any fuss. The crew is very professional and the job is absolutely meticulous. Vince (the owner) has a great work ethic and takes care of his customers really well. Both my other neighbours are also extremely happy with the workmanship of the finished job. Look no further. I had about 6 quotes from different companies and the price range was pretty similar for the same product. What made the difference in my decision was this:- 1) Alex the owner spent 2 hours to understand our requirement, showed us samples of windows and made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering. 2) Price : Although his price was slightly higher than the other guy, he matched it. 3) Post ordering to Galaxy Windows : My windows were done on the day they committed and it took 2 guys, 1 day. Hats off to the installer (also Alex) who did a phenomenal job on the installation making sure there were no faults. He is a pro and cares about his service. At the end, it proved to be a great choice going with Galaxy and I would do it again. Thanks Alex and Alex.
