Emergency heating repair in January on 8 year old top of the line Carrier system. Repair person came Sunday evening to diagnose problem and repair heating system. Appearing to be successful with the repairs, he left. On the following morning it was clear that the system was still not working and the repair person returned. This time he concluded that the system was not repairable and would need to be replaced. We consulted another heating repair company who identified the problem quickly and the system was repaired later in the day.
