I interviewed 3 contractors and I am glad I chosed Octavio for my 800 sq. ft. deck. Octavio was exceptional. He built the deck with craftmanship. He made suggestions and listened to what I wanted in my deck. I wanted a permit for the deck and Octavio was extremly patient with the city. He always called to let me know if he was going to be late. Octavio answers all my phone calls and extremly easy to work with. I am totally impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. I love their technique of sanding down the walls before and after painting. This technique makes a great difference on the outcome of the wall and finish. To do these extra steps it really show how much they take their work seriously and with care. We love their work.
