We were heading towards winter & due to waiting for Hydro assessment we were behind schedule...our meter Base was pulled away from our house & Hydro was preparing us for a worse case scenario....the original meter was uninstalled years ago. Thank goodness Hydro came on a Sunday but what was even better after calling 7 electrician's Joe was the only one that called us back(to date no one has ever called back) To our amazement he came the same day to access what was needed & then by the next Sunday his work was completed.. He was compassionate to our situation & didn't want us to deal with the elements of winter...completing the job on such a short notice...We will definitely recommend & use his company for all our future projects. Thanks Joe for your professionalism in getting the job done on such a short notice & doing it so reasonably. Best experience ever
