We recently had the ducts cleaned in our home after renovations. The 2 people that came were on time, very courteous and attentive. The work was done as expected and they were careful not to scratch or damage anything with all the tubes etc. I would highly recommend them.

I had an issue for a while with Ice build up on the bottom of the freezer (fridge with a bottom mount freezer) and did not want to get ripped off by LG direct service. I called Mike, he came out the same day and identified the issue right away. He was able to fix it on the spot (using the existing part) and then helped with another issue that he was not called for while he was there at no extra charge. I appreciated the honesty.

Imperial Sealing

Just a note to say I have dealt with John at Imperial over the last 3 years. This year he repaired another companies mistakes, cleaned up and sealed the interlock (plus sand). We had the fence cleaned and stained. Great work, reasonable prices and I would highly recommend him.
