After 4 years, the problems are increasing. Poor quality in moulding,exterior issues with hardy plank, shower, creaking floors, rolling carpet, cracks in ceiling, customer service is horrible. Brittle drywall and non primed walls. Prior house cost less but was of better quality. I had no issues withit other than we out grew it.
