My front and back porch roofs needed replacement as of 2013. It took me 4 years to find a roofer to do this job. Why? For whatever reasons, all the roofers I contacted would not commit to a day to do the job, telling me "maybe next week", week over week for months. Until I finally I had to tell them to get lost and moved onto the next roofer. I reached out to a community group for a referral and Coverall was suggested. The day I contacted Coverall, George came out within hours to look at the job and that night he called with a quote. The quote was higher than the others however still within the ball park and they offered better quality materials, which is something I wanted. Within 2 weeks George, Mark and crew came out and did the job. The end result is excellent - nice attention to detail and they were very easy to work with. The also put up with my ranting about the other roofers I tried to get to do the work - so thanks to them for that. :) Now I have a reliable/good roofer to recommend with Coverall and call back when my other roofs need work. Thanks again Mark and George and team!

i had tormic put in a flexible line to a gas stove. the guys were very friendly, on time and were definitely into their work. the problems were that they tapped off the main gas line at the furnace instead of before it which is against code, also they left a non-official gas tag on the install (a piece of paper with their info on it - this should be an official gas tag from a gas tag book). Further, the day after the install there was the smell of mercaptanes in the house - tormic was prompt to come the next day and discovered a leak in the fitting at the stove. at this point they did a high pressure test that passed. the high pressure test should have been done at the time of install (it was not), only a bubble test. Finally, they installed a long piece of black pipe on the back of the stove that stuck out so far the stove could not be put back to the wall. I asked if this could be fixed and was told that i couldnt. I had the black pipe replaced with a gas flex line coupler by another contractor so that the stove could be pushed back to the wall. Over-all i think tormic has good intentions but i think they need to work on their quality of work and safty. if i were to hire them again i'd want to ensure i was watching and knew what needed to be done to ensure the job was done properly.

The job went smoothley concidering working in a 2ft crawl space. A small problem was found and rectified immediatley. This paticular customer is very difficult. Nothing that was done could of made this person happy. Everything was done to code. All jobs are pressure tested and soap tested. The job took 3hrs and we stand by our work. Its easy for another company (competitor) to critisize the other companys work just to get the job.
