My a/c died last night during a heatwave. Climax responded to my after hours call quickly and were able to fit in a service call within a few hours of opening this morning. Sam quickly diagnosed and repaired my unit so I can get a bit more life out of it before having to replace. Excellent service - thank you!

Wasps had created a home in the brick wall near my patio doors. They quickly became problem when trying to access the deck from the house. Gancy came out quickly and took care of the problem. He also provided advice on plugging the hole and education on how to deal with wasps in the future. Thank you!

I hired GTA Windows to replace 5 very old windows in my home and I had no idea where to start. Igor provided me with lots of information and advised me of all the considerations to choose windows without trying to oversell me. The windows were ordered and installed on time by Eugene who was fantastic. Eugene made sure the windows were installed perfectly and took time to clean up each workspace meticulously before moving to the next window. Eugene and Igor were both a pleasure to have in my home and I hope to hire them again when I'm ready for the next project.

Denis was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and came out quickly to help with our installation. The job was done quickly and Denis found a solution to make it work with an outlet that was in an awkward position. Really pleased!

I had issues diagnosing a problem with my dryer and varying opinions about whether it was the receptacle or the dryer itself. Manuel worked with my tight schedule to find a fast and flexible time to look at the problem. Manuel quickly confirmed that the problem was indeed the receptacle so he installed a new one. I had someone else manage the appointment for me but Manuel also kept in touch with me by text and phone to ensure I understood everything. Great service and I will be calling Java if I have any more electrical needs!
