This past winter/spring Supreme Windows supplied and installed windows and a garden door in our home. We had a very good experience with the company. Ed was our salesperson whom we found very pleasant, easy to talk to and very professional. We were very happy with the installation which was done well and on time as scheduled. We love our new windows and garden door. It made our older home feel like a new house!
granite and granite countertop installation
In July, 2012 we had granite installed in our kitchen. Lauralee is the company contact person and she was a pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to be very helpful. Once we found the granite that we liked, she reserved the slabs for us until we were ready for the installation. The installation was well done. The company also worked well with the kitchen company that did our renovation, fitting into their schedule so that the project could progress on time. Installation of hardwood floors
Todd installed maple hardwwood on the main floor of our home in July, 2012. He was very easy to talk with and always very professional. He took the time to explain the different types of hardwood and options we could go with which he is very knowledgeable about. He happily answered our many questions. At the time of installation, Todd made us aware of a problem with our wood which he informed us of right away. He was very honest and up front with us and dealt with the company to have the problem solved for us. In the end we ended up with a product that we are very happy with. Todd is very conscientious and did an excellent job on the installation which included 11 stairs. He was also very good about cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. He also kept to the quote that he gave at the start. He really went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with everything and was very pleasant to work with. Todd did a fantastic job!
