Enercare Plumbing Protection Plan
My hot water was getting less and less hot. I called Enercare to take a look at my water heater and they sent a technician on the same day. The technician identified the problem in minutes and told me that he needs to replace my mixing valve. It took him about 10 minutes to complete the replacement. The total cost for me was 0 as I had Plumbing Protection Plan. Highly recommend Enercare.
Each time I used my fridge’s water dispenser, water leaked on the floor so I had to turn the water off. I emailed Mors the details of what the issue is and he replied the same day with an approximate quote. He came the next day to see the fridge and realized that he’ll have to order a part to fix it. He ordered a replacement for the broken part (water dispenser tank with tube) and contacted me as soon as he received it. He came the next day replaced the broken tube and neatly cleaned up when completed. Mors is polite, punctual and very professional. I highly recommend him!

Hot water tank - mixing valve fix
Great service. The technician arrived on time and fixed my mixing valve for the hot water tank. The total cost was $257, but as I've had the Plumbing & Drains Protection Plan, I did not have to pay anything.

Garage door spring replacement
My garage door did not open one morning and after checking it I realized the spring was broken. I called Whitby Garage Doors and in about 30 minutes they sent Nick, who is a really nice guy and did a great job. He even lubed all the moving parts, adjusted the chain and the door at no extra cost. I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends!
