We called B&W it was to replace the ignightor on our stove, which had died randomly. Not only did the repair tech examine the stove thoroughly to make sure that was the actual problem, he had the correct part in his truck and was able to install it right away. All told, it took about an hour and the guy made sure the oven worked 100% before writing out the bill of service!
