I am not surprised to read all of the terrible reviews about On-Site. I have never written a negative review of a service provided to me, so that should explain just how disappointing their customer service was. My story is similar to that of most other people on here. My first 3 cleanings went pretty smooth (I would give them a 7 out of 10, with mirrors looking like they were wiped with a dry paper towel etc.). In our attempt to book our 4th out of 6 appointments, things went sideways. The first service was never "confirmed" but we went ahead and prepped our place for the service, leaving the door unlocked, only to get an email later that morning saying it was cancelled and we would be rescheduled the following Monday. The following Monday game, we received no confirmation, but again, we prepped our place for the cleaning service. Guess what, no show and later that morning an email saying we had the wrong date (Even though their email said August 13th, not 20th). So we were promised a service on the Friday. At least on this one, they gave us notice at 9pm that our cleaning would not take place, and it would be a week before the appointment could be rescheduled. At this point, we cleaned the house on our own, refused the service the following Friday, as all the cleaners would be doing is tidying up after we had done the bulk of the cleaning. Jamie assured me a Manager would contact me, and still, no contact has been made. I am happy to hear that people have received their money back from Groupon, because that is my next step. This company, which is in the service business, has terrible service!
