I have used this company for many years and service is always excellent. Today Jeff did AC maintenance. He was prompt, courteous, and particularly helpful with advice on fan useage, dehumidification, and other details. He also dragged the hose around to rinse debris out of the outside unit. The price I listed includes tax and is for 1/2 the annual fee, which also includes a free furnace filter.

Ren and Eileen provided professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and attentive service. Joe and Louis are artisans who brought out the beauty of our worn floors, did almost invisible repairs, and added some beautiful details in the baseboards. Dan and his assistant created a stunning new staircase and railing. Bullard Brothers painters were masterful.The project started and finished on time.

Gavin MacRae was fast, reliable, fair, and provided great service. His crew was so hardworking in the terrible heat,, and was careful with our garden and property even though the area was very confined. Unavoidably there were clay stains on our newly-sealed driveway, which they quickly resolved. It's too early to say if the moisture problem is completely solved, but we're confident they used the best materials and techniques.
