We tried out several mattresses and decided on one, they delivered, we slept on it for three weeks and decided we didn't find it comfortable to us. We called the store and they told us they would pick up those mattresses and we could come and make a decision on another set or get a full refund. We picked out another set, they delivered and we love it now. Wonderful working with this company.
