We have used Michael before for much larger reno jobs. This job was much smaller in comparison , but his and his crews attention to detail and this includes timelines is unsurpassed by any contractor we have ever hired. Not only does he do what he says he’s going to do , when he says he’s going to do it, his finishing work is perfect. We have renovated many many homes and rooms over the years, no contract can hold a candle to Michael . Oh, and did I mention he’s very reasonable and … integrity is his middle name. We would give him a 15 out of 10 if we could.

without question, Michael and his team are the best contractors we have every used and we have extensive experience from minor jobs to entire house "gutting" renovations. He delivers exactly what he commits to, and the quality of work (because Michael is a perfectionist) is at the highest standards. During COVID, materials were of course delayed, and Michaels strength to communicate progress and back orders consistently with us was amazing. Unheard of in the contractor industry frankly. We cannot recommend Michael and Thompson Construction enough. We have them work on many projects this spring and summer and will use them again and again. I doubt we will encounter a more professional firm with standards as high as Thompson construction.

This landscaping company lacks transparency on their pricing. Half way through this job, they show up with an incremental 140k extra bill outside budget. The Contactor they outsourced work to was spectacular. But company will nickel and dime you to death. In a word unscrupulous ! They demand payment within 24 hours and never meet any deadlines. They care little about customer satisfaction or good business practices. Don't ever use them to even plant one shrub.
