After a horrific start to our project where we had to fire [another company] and demolish the house foundation and all their work inside as well, Neil McAvoy came to our rescue. He restored our faith in humanity by working for free for several months in order to gain our trust without charging a cent in advance. The work was completed in a professional, honest and timely manner and his crew are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The addition is truly spectacular and the bath/laundry are stunning. This is what homeowners want and deserve for their hard earned money.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Nothing - we can't complain.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Do not give large deposits up front. Reputable contractors/builders have the respect and confidence from suppliers to purchase materials on their own accounts. Payment can be made once the work passes inspection or satisfaction. This is the way it's done fairly.
