I have ask around for quotes for my new house on landscaping and Prelude Landscaping was the one have greatest price which included design and patio in the quote with reasonable budget. The owner came and measured my yard and front lawn and draw/design our landscape with us. Once we agreed the price and design, they scheduled the work and finish everything in 3 days. My family are very impress with the work and it comes with 1 years warranty for Patio and grass as well. As the earth moved around us for the patio (New land.. :P) , I have ask them to come back this summer for repair which they did came and estimate and will fix for us once their busy season is finish. I have used Oakley alarms in my old house before I bought a new one. We have great service in our old house, so we hired them again for my new house. They have quoted me for $1500 with whole system and 3 years contract services. It was the cheapest from all 4 companies that I asked quote. They came in and did the wiring once I got my key to my new home and able to finish the work within 1 day. We have no problem since the install. We have especially asked for Pet friendly since I have cats and dog which runs freely in the house. They have no trigger any alarm. I am very impress for the work and services we have receive last couple years. THank you
