We are lucky.....this lady comes and sorts out our garden needs. She is a treasure. She just re-routed our rhubarb patch and moved topsoil to another bed.. we are pretty well winterized now, and we sure hope she will be back in spring to plant our garden for us.

Roof was replaced in 1999 with 25 yr IKO shingles. I wrote to complain about shingles turning up in yr 2001. Now its 2012 and the IKO shingles are a disgrace only half way through their supposed life. What should I be doing? Why do I have a complaint?
