I’m glad to have found Holistic Contracting Inc. on HomeStars as we were looking to get our chimney covered with stucco. It took a while to search as we were figuring out our options. We didn’t want the hassle or repairing or taking the chimney down and having to deal with the roofing around it and aluminum siding. In the end, Rasit and his team were professional and responsive to our needs even as a few things had come up along the way. Our fridge broke down in the middle of winter! We had to put some of our goods in a container outside to keep cool! Delroy's service was on time, quick, professional, and caring. His costs were reasonable - he knew how to spot the problem and was able to fix it right away! I'm glad to have called him.
We went with them as it was our first time hiring a lawn care company. They are pricy, but did a good job on the flower bed we had done. Other than that, in terms of regular lawn maintenance their quality was very poor – even my neighbor had complained about their service for a common lawn that we share. Don’t count on them for returning your phone calls or emails or even being on time or showing up for appointments! Zero Customer service. Overall, save yourself the headache. I’m going to look elsewhere to manage my lawn or at least do it myself.

Upon reviewing your complaint, we find you are in the right insofar as you had requested us not to provide any service to the lawn shared with your neighbour. Your instructions had been conveyed to the foremen of our crew who formed the opinion that to proceed in accordance therewith would make the provided service appear incomplete. I realize the foremen’s personal preference contravened your instructions, even though it meant more work.
