Bought a house November 2010, moved in this April 2012. Ended up paying $25,000 more than expected. Horrible customer service. No email or contact numbers for after support. Make sure to seek legal advise and review cotract. Do not take for granted anything that they say. Make sure everything is documented and signed off.
