Two days before our son's wedding the air conditioner stopped working and the house became unbearably hot! We called Bosco and a rep came over to take a look within hours of the call. He assessed the issue and determined that we needed a new unit. It was an original unit installed by the builder and was freeon based which is now outlawed! Because of the obsolete technology, they had to replace not only the unit but all of the piping, etc. Besides being aghast at the unexpected and untimely expense, I was horrified that we would not have air conditioning the day of the wedding as I was expecting 50 friends and relatives in the house! Bosco came through for us. They began the work to remove the old piping and AC unit and install the new one the next day (the day before the wedding!) The Even with all of the commotion going on at the house with last minute wedding preparations, the Bosco technicians carried out their work professionally, efficiently, and were tidy! Thank you Bosco!
