In 2009, I moved into my new home in Stouffville. Upon moving to my home, I quickly realized That I had hard water and needed a Water Softener. I knew nothing at the time about what a water softener does. I went to a few of the big box stores like Sears and Home Depot but none where knowledgeable enough. I then went to a couple of local stores in Stouffville and I settled for Card's appliances. The owner has been in buisiness for over 20 years in Stouffville. He explained in detail why is a water softener needed in Stouffville and when time came to recommend a water softener, he didn't try to sell me the most expensive one but the one that would better suit my needs. The overall experience at Card's appliances was great was his price was competitive with the water softeners in the same category. I've gone back to Card's appliances regularely over the past 4 years to purchase water softener salt. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I went to Patty Lynn to look for some paint for a couple of rooms in the house. I don't know nothing about painting. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me explaining everything I needed to know. I got out of there with my paint very satisfied. Highly recommended for people in this area.

I've had my alarm with Grand Alarm for 3 years now and never had any problem. Every time I called with inquiries, I always got the answers I was looking for. For example, today My Home Insurance provider asked for a copy of our Grand Alarms Insurance Certificate, I spoke with Melinda in Customer Service. She was very courteous and pleasant to talk to. She requested a copy and offered to email to me, all was completed within a couple of hours. Their customer service is very good and overall I am happy with the services provided by Grand Alarms.
