My refrigerator started to lose its cold temperature over a 2 month period. It was subtle, but at one point I knew something was not right. I called GNA Appliances, in the morning, and they had a technician (Roy) at my house by noon. Roy was able to diagnose the issue immediately. The issue was a system gas leak. Roy told me that a certified gas technician would have to come in to find the leak, patch it, and refill it with gas. He told me that that the cost would most likely be that of a new refrigerator. My wife and I are currently looking at new units. Roy was kind and professional. He also took the time to suggest certain brands to go with and which to avoid. Overall, I'm happy with the service and advice I received.
