Pepe Ellwood in Toronto

This project was fairly complex, involving replacement of all the wood with stucco, and re-stuccoing the existing stucco finish on the front of the house. Much of the wood panelling and trim around three large sets of multiple windows, as well as a curved flashing at the roof line and dual pilasters flanking the front entrance and garage door had become rotten. I initially called this company because I had read in another review that the person who came to do the estimate also actually did the work. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was totally impressed with Aiad's amazing work ethic, imressive skill at his job, his pleasant manner with everyone, his absolute reliability, and his real passion for his work. He made suggestions for our design and always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Both Aiad and his two workers worked tirelessly and efficiently from dawn till dusk and kept the site as clean as possible, being always respectful of people and property. When the job was complete, he checked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work, and returned in a timely manner to fix one minor problem with a drain pipe. We are thrilled with the finished result which has transformed the look of our house from the street. We would highly recommend Aiad and his company.
