The floors and the stairs look outstanding. My picture says it all. They also installed new wrought iron spindles. George made sure he finished the stairs to my liking re: the details on the nosing, spindle pattern and stain finish. Faddy consulted us on the plank floor layout to maximize the look of 7" and make the rooms look bigger. We took the length from front door to the back of the house through the kitchen. Our master bedroom has a horizontal plank layout. I confidently can say the value of my house has increased after having Faddy, George and their Team remove my former hardwood on the main floor, tile in the kitchen and carpet on the stairs and throughout upper floor. I had them install re-engineered 7" plank. They are reasonably priced and personable. Wishlist post project: Everyone will say the same. You wish it happened within the timeline and less mess. We were one of their last three projects before end of year, so there was a balancing of time across the three of us before holidays.
