Stay away from Mabel Garcia's cleaning service. We trusted her to clean our house during our move into a new house already in good condition on July 30th, 2012. She seemed very polite and well intentioned on the phone and by email. She agreed to do a 'deep clean' for a move-in. We reviewed a specific list with her before hand to which she agreed and so we left her in the empty house with her fee. She said she even had to bring in an extra lady to help her. When we returned, it appeared she didn't clean a thing. We have 90 photos of her 'work'. We phoned her to confront her the next day and she thanked us for the feedback and agreed to come by the next day to refund us $100 of the $220 paid which she failed to do. My main concern is what she and her 'colleague" did in our house for the time she was here seeing that she did no cleaning at all.
