I had Mr. Roof Repair replace two skylights as well as a portion of a shingle roof and install gutter guards. Less than two years later, one of the skylights is having issues. I have called and emailed Mr. Roof Repair to ask for assistance pursuant to their 10-year warranty four times. I was advised that someone would respond to my inquiry and help rectify the issue but that has not occurred.
