Ordered a part on Sept. 13th on the amresupply.com site. Still waiting. Got a message that is what backordered then noticed that the part was available at locations other than the pickup locations. Don't see any updates yet.

Deceitful business especially after payment is made. BEWARE!! Kumar (my sales rep) has given me the run around for over a year and over 30 phone calls following up, every time reassuring me that he was working on it. All in all I spent over 15000 with this business.. NOSINGS: When placing the order, I repeatedly asked KUMAR and VANDANA to verify that they were sending the ones that met my specs. Ones I received were not the right height or width. Upon return, they refused to refund claiming that I damaged them in the 2 days I had them in my possession. Having their receiver vouch that he received them undamaged made no difference. HARDWOOD: I've got several boxes of left-over hardwood that KUMAR has been giving me the runaround on as well telling me that he is working on it.

We hired Frank Banman to do our Kitchen. - Disrespectful attitude Quoting one of his texts: "If it doesn't work on Wednesday at 8am then I will drop of the hinges and trim on your porch and you can install it yourself" - No workmanship warranty, project left incomplete and outstanding issues with workmanship: The trim Frank installed around the pantry is not level with the bottom of the cabinet. The toe kick for the pantry has a seam in it where Frank glued two pieces together instead of using a continuous piece. When asked if he can fix this, he stated "This will be the end of our project relationship. Please don't try to contact me any further." - Fails to keep promises or abide by the signed contract: Contract was drawn up, but Frank failed to abide by it. Once the cabinets were ordered and we noticed that the doors had paint issues, he offered $ 2500 off. As time went on the figure dropped down to $ 1500 and then to $ 0. I advised him that I wanted to hold off second installment until the doors issue was addressed. At that point he threatened to walk away from project if we didn't pay second and last installment ahead of time (which contradicted the contract)! That left us no choice but to pay in advance! - Customer satisfaction is lacking. Frank's range hood had a dent on chimney. When asked about it, he said "Oh it was ordered a while ago. Nothing can be done about it". I had to call amazon on his behalf to get it replaced. I discovered that many of the hinges were not slow-close as per the contract. Even after agreeing to replace them, he missed replacing some of them. - Limited design ideas: We came up with the design ourselves. - Limited involvement Frank did not take the initiative to translate the drawings on paper to the floor. I had to do it myself to ensure success of the kitchen project. - Lack of notice and care: The countertop install date came as a surprise to us. We had an hour notice on the day of the install. Moreover he had the countertop installed on top of the cabinets without cleaning up all his wood filings in the drawers. When working on the kitchen, Frank stepped on some of the undercabinet lighting damaging them. - Unappreciative of any assistance provided or work done: We ended up paying for some of the handles and directing him to where he could get the other ones at a discounted price, but were never acknowledge or thanked for this or any of the planning we did to make his job easier. - Pricing A kitchen design company (with more overhead) had quoted us the same as Frank, but regretfully we decided to use Frank thinking it would be better to deal with the owner/installer directly. Think twice before employing his services.

** NIGHTMARE !! NOTE: MOST OF THE 10/10 REVIEWERS POSTED JOINED THIS SITE ON SAME DAY!! Issues with job (with pictures to support my claims): **AS PROOF you will see GORD (the owner) in one of the pics! - UNPROFESSIONAL: After payment of half upfront, I found it odd that Gord showed up in a UHaul rental on the first day on the job. - DECEITFUL: We had agreed on specific amounts of ice and water shield on one part of the house (since it had a few skylights) only to come home and discover the whole side shingled with synthetic paper. When asked about it, Gord said "Oh, we can redo the whole side again and dispose off the installed new shingles" - EXPENSIVE: The rental bin sat on property for more than a week longer than needed as Gord was unreachable for multiple days at a time. In the end since Gord was unreachable, the bin company kept harassing me for payment although Gord made the agreement with them. - DISHONEST: As the project continued, I advanced Gord more funds to keep going, but later discovered that the prepayments weren't used for all the materials as only half the shingles and other materials were delivered to the roof. - WATER DAMAGE: We had WATER DAMAGE to the house because of the roof being left exposed on multiple occasions and Gord being unreachable. I had to run out and buy a large enough tarp that would cover the whole house when it started raining as Gord's 10x10 tarp didn't provide much coverage. I ended up making several trips to the roof as I had to keep taping all the holes that Gord made in the new tarp when he nailed it to the roof. I also had to run around putting buckets and whatever else we could find (like an old tub in the stairwell) all over the place in the house to minimize the damage. Pics show this nightmare. - CARELESS: Noticed that areas were even missing the minimum 3' of ice and water shield that we had agreed upon. I found this out when I went looking. This is shown in pic where you can see that synthentic was used. - INCOMPLETE: After a month of this circus and again being unable to reach Gord, I went ahead hired another roofing company to re-do the work as it wasn't done right.

I have dealt with Matt Reesor to book my installs. He is great at pricing the job and ensuring things are scheduled. The installers were phenomenal: Colin and Dave. They had great communication, were detail oriented and cared about the work they were doing! I have used GNI's services twice and have asked for these installers when calling in GNI a second time.

I hired this company to drywall, mud/tape and paint my house. - I agreed to pay CASH for their services. - They repeatedly failed to sand down areas before painting. I have talked to other painters that cannot believe that I had to supply 40+ gallons of paint for a four bedroom house. - Poor communicaton. The owner would only reply to texts or call if and when he wanted to. - They repeatedly missed deadlines. Progress was very slow. - They ended up abandoning the project and put a call into the city to inspect the property.

The owner has done some work for me in the past. He left the job undone and didn't return the prepayments I had made. I had him put down laminate flooring, but he failed to ensure that the floor was level before putting it down. There were lots of gaps all over the place as well. As a result, I had to hire another flooring installer to redo the work. Back then he was operating under ESAD renovations. He has since registered another company "DASE group" and is now operating under "Dutch Design & Finishing Inc.".

We needed a detailed home inspection done for an older house we were looking into purchasing. We chose Tony Muscat at Inch by Inch Inspections based on his raving online review. Although Tony typically takes care of the West, he was quite accomodating in driving down to London for our inspection. We were impressed with his patience, professionalism, detailed analysis and integrity. Tony revealed several issues to us that we hadn't noticed even after viewing the property three times. He was very patient and thorough during the inspection. He took time to explain issues that he had noticed and address any concerns/questions we had. He also did moisture tests on walls and infrared scans in ceilings to discover areas of missing insulation. We were also content with Tony's air quality tests that helped us make an informed decision about the property. It was indeed an "inch by inch" inspection and the final in-depth report was clear, professional and delivered ahead of the promised deadline. We were quite pleased with his work ethic and wouldn't hesitate to use his services in the future. Keep up the great work, Tony!

Wilco started off doing a good job, but once I started paying him in advance and he was paid in full, the work got sloppy and deadlines were missed repeatedly. I have extended the deadline for the project 3 times before even after he stopped returning my calls and starting only conversing through emails or texts days later. After missing the deadline on Aug. 10th, I ended up having a tenant walk away from my place. I have been very patient with him since the first installment (which was on May 31st). I have finally decided to give him a deadline of Aug. 14th. I see that he has no intention of completing the project with any commitment on time frame as his last conversation to me stated that he would need 3-5 days to come up with a schedule. So, I've decided to find someone else who respects customers, will finish the project on time, and will do a good job. My first advice to anyone that hires him is to get his deadlines in writing. Second would be to not pay him in advance. Pay him only after he does the job the way you want it.
