We purchased a couch and chair from the brick a few months ago. At the time of delivery we watched 1 delivery guy push the couch right out of the back of the truck while the other 2 watched him. They then proceeded to bring the couch in acting as though nothing happened. We were happy that the manager agreed to swap them out but we would never have things delivered from the brick again.
