I used the Fluent team to move from Toronto to Ottawa in April 2020 and they worked hard and quickly. No damage, nothing lost. I used them again to move me back from Ottawa to Missussauga May 2021. Different team, same outcome. Hard to find consistency in the moving business but Fluent has it down. Jonathan does a great job estimating and managing my needs at the outset, and their teams deliver, literally. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

This is the third time I have worked with Jason, I engaged him to do a lot more work this time. I contracted him to renovate three bathrooms, tear out my existing kitchen, add pot lights throughout my house, add baseboard and crown moulding trim, tile my fireplace wall and kitchen floors (in addition to the tile work in renovating the bathroom) and to drywall my ceiling in the basement. Jason has a great attention to details, and at times can be a bit of a perfectionist. His pricing is fair, planned out based on the time to get the job done. He's flexible in allowing me to source materials or to pick them up himself, giving back the receipts afterwards to ensure no charge on top of what he paid. I would highly recommend him.

did a total gut job of my existing kitchen. Worked with Igor, Peter and Maria their onsite designer to finalize my thoughts and needs. They created a diagram that displayed my kitchen design and were very flexible in modifying my original plans. Given they create the cabinetry onsite at the Jane and Steeles store, I could see the progress of my kitchen, as well as touch and feel it. Igor is a bit of a perfectionist, almost scientific mind, so that took a bit of getting used to for someone who's laid back like me. I even took a couple of design ideas from magazines and they replicated them, they're very creative. Although he has access to granite supplier and tile supplier I had my own cranite guy. in the end, very happy with the results despite my less than square ceiling. Would recommend them again, very nice people, who appear to be getting busier. went back to them to have them build a walk in closet built-ins. They also do bathroom cabinetry apparently.

this is a real unique store for those who've never been. We check back regularly for new merchandise as everything is sold on consignment, so the selection is always changing. You can pick something up for fear someone else will, or wait it out a bit, and take your chances that the price will be cheaper. Great concept and the people are very helpful.
