Dan, provide friendly, courteous and detailed cleaning of the furnace. He gave me tips as he was working. He also fixed my humidifier as a part of the cleaning. It was a minor fix but done at no charge nonetheless! I would highly recommend and use again!

We moved into a new house in January with a wooden deck that was in pretty rough shape. After doing some research on HomeStars to select a company to re-finish the deck, I found Seal Tech that had a high number of exemplary reviews and also the impressive distinction of wining several HomeStars annual awards. I contacted them by telephone and they promptly answered a few questions and directed me to their website to complete some information for a formal quote. At this stage I must say that I was very impressed with their website that detailed their services and showcased a number of completed jobs. I was contact several hours later with a formal quote – which I felt was very fair - and we booked the job which was weather pending. I also advised them at this time that I had a pool opening, other yard projects and a baby shower scheduled and they took note and tried to accommodate all of these things in their scheduling. After a couple of visits for the prep work and the staining, I must say that I am extremely pleased with the final result. The deck looks almost new and really showcases our backyard. I should also note that the Seal Tech crew were very neat and ensured that none of the surrounding stone or brick were stained. Additionally, during the entire process their staff was always easy to contact and always kept me updated with the process and the timing. It’s easy to see why they have so many 10/10 reviews!

I was moving from my bungalow in Mississauga to a larger two story house which was also in Mississauga. After reading reviews on Homestars, I called Rent-a-Son for a quote on packing and moving. Rob responded promptly and scheduled an on-site visit for an assessment and estimate. He was very thorough and polite and provided an estimate for each within 24 hours. He was also readily available for any questions. On January 15, the day of the packing, Nick, who was the ‘captain’, showed up with two other gentlemen and after confirming what needed to be packed and doing a walk-through, they began packing. Nick also advised that another gentleman went to get additional supplies and would show up later which he did. They worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. After the packing was done Nick confirmed the supplies and time and also advised that I wasn’t going to be charged for the time in which the gentleman showed up late or for their lunch breaks. On the day of the move Nick arrived with 5 other gentlemen and again began a very thorough job with the packing. Again, very efficient and neat. The unpacking was also done without incident and Nick also took the time to add felt-pads to my furniture that was positioned on my hardwood floors… nice touch!!! The whole crew worked very hard and neatly I really appreciate their care and attitude. I am so glad that I chose Rent-A-Son and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!!

I found Jason online and called for a quote for my Home Theatre room. I wanted it painted black and dark brown which I knew would be a tough job. Jason gave me a quote on the telephone which sounded reasonable and when he arrived to survey the work, he confirmed his pricing. His workers did an amazing job - very neat and timely and it turned out amazing. We were so pleased, we had him do our large master bedroom which turned out equally well. We loved the work so much, we decided to have him do the rest of the main level in our bungalow. Both Jason and his workers are very pleasant and do a very neat and meticulous job at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants an EXCELLENT painting job.

My Goodman furnace was leaking so I called Cozy World since they showed a Goodman furnace on their ad. Fred promptly came by in about 30 mins. He surveyed the leak and determined it was the heat exchanger. He ordered the part and came by two days later to swap it out. In doing so he also noticed several things wrong with the original hook-up and fixed these at no additional charge. I am very happy with the fast, neat and polite work!

I used Applewood Acres for a cleanup of my spring garden and lawn. They were very professional, courteous and honest. Their work was great and saved me a lot of back breaking work and time. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Had a dripping shower faucet. I used Anta before for a leaking PVC drain pipe and was very happy. Patrick J did the work and was polite, neat and did a great job. I never have to look for an honest plumber... just call Anta.

Notice a leak in my finished basement ceiling. Thought it was from home theatre installing previously done. George from Anta came by within about 90 minutes from my call. He was very polite and advised that he could see water coming from the main floor. He isolated the likely drain and cut a neat hole behind the wall and found the leak. He fixed it and I am very happy. George was very neat and fair with his estimate and caused minimal damage and inconvenience. I would definitely recommend and use again if I had to!
