We purchased a new home and Raywal was the kitchen provider. While the product is nice and looks great, the service has been horrible and unreliable. Customer service at head office is rude and unresponsive and it has only been because of our builder that they've even showed up at our house. We've made several appointments since we moved in at the end of 2007 and have had to take off work because of them. About 80 per cent of the time, they didn't even show up. It has been a tough process with them and although I'm pleased with the overall look of the kitchen, the headaches with the service aren't worth it.

We did a bathroom renovation and put in a vanity and custom linen tower. The salesperson was extremely helpful with the design and the cabinetry was delivered on time and in great condition. The one thing I really appreciated about this company was that they followed up when everything was delivered and installed to make sure everything was okay. This was clearly going above and beyond their service duty and I was extremely impressed.

We rennovated home 18 years ago and went with Pella windows. After all this time, they are all in excellent condition, save for one that rotted out due to faulty construction of the window. As the warranty was 10 years on the window, we didn't call the company. However, with over 20 windows in our home, we're still very impressed that all but one are in great condition. Although these windows are priced higher than your average brand, I feel the overall quality and workmanship are worth the extra money.
