This is our first house and our first unexpected problem and additional expense. We were quite stressed when finding the sewage backup in our bathtub but everyone at Anta was extremely helpful, and sensitive to our needs. We will definitely be using you again if needed!

UPDATE: I felt the need to update this review. Although we were initially very satisfied with Anta pluming service, we are no longer and in fact, very unsatisfied. We have had the same sewage backup problem an additional two times since their initial "fix." The first time it happened, we called Anta and they snaked our toilet for a reasonable cost, although they were not unable to provide any explanation as to why it happened again after they claimed they fixed the problem. The second time it happened, we became increasingly concerned and called Anta to question why the same problem is occurring when we had initially paid a couple thousand dollars to fix it. After a frustrating conversation with the receptionist who was not answering our question and repeatedly telling us how much we would have to pay just to have someone come do a camera inspection, we were able to talk to Tony, one of the senior plumbers, who agreed to come have a look at no cost and provided us with our options, one being to pay $180 to snake the drain, yet again. We took a couple days to think about what to do and decided to go for the snake. We called back to make an appointment and arranged for a 12:00 appointment, re-confirmed the price of $180, and emphasizing that we had to leave the house at 2:00 at the latest. They indicated that would be no problem. On the day of the scheduled appointment, not only was the plumber 1 and a half hours late, but changed the price to $250. We called Tony, who did the initial inspection, knew exactly what had to be done and quoted us on the price, however, he was no help whatsoever and extremely rude, unprofessional in saying we have to pay the new price or the job will not get done. Although we had a great start with this company, we will never use them again as they did not hold true to their work, and demonstrated an extremely unprofessional attitude.
