AC stopped working hottest day of the Year. The repair went great and the service man was excellent and professional. Issue was that the call was made on a Friday an appointment was scheduled for the following day. I received a call just before the 3 hour window that I was waiting for the repair man to show up was about to close to say they were over booked and I would not be serviced until two days later. I was told that this was not normal and that it only happened less than 10% of the time. I have only had to use the service once so for me it is 100% of the time. I was lucky that my son with asthma was away for the weekend.
